In addition to this idea (Scroll bar on Network Properties in Utility Management Extenstion), I would find it very helpful to have a filter function (in addition to the sorting function) in the Utility Network properties rules tables. The ruleset can be very large (several thousand rules), which makes searching for rules for a specific asset type very tedious.
I know that there are ways to export the set of rules to Excel and filter them there. But I also see it like Jens in the above idea that ArcGIS Pro is a primary utility network interface and should provide appropriate usability.
