My organization has a "creator" license that should have some analysis capabilities. I can't find anything beyond the "measure" tool, certainly not tools for even basic analysis. Below find a screenshot of the my map viewer.

Does anyone know where to find it, or if my subscription includes analysis tools?

Hi Ashley,

You are looking in the right place. But it is actually the user role, not the user type, that will control this.

  • In ArcGIS Online, click your username in the top-right corner.
  • Click My settings.
  • Click Licenses. Here you can see what role you have:

You'll need a Publisher or Administrator role (or a custom role with analysis permissions) before you can access the analysis tools. You'll have to contact your administrator and ask them to change your role. They can do that with these steps:

  • Click the Organization tab
  • Click the Members tab.
  • Find your account in the members list and use the drop-down menu in the Role column to change your role.

Here's more information about User types, roles, and privileges.

When analysis tools are available, they will appear here:

I hope that helps!
