We have been using Tracker in Field Maps to help our field technicians estimate their coverage. One of the feedbacks I received was reduced location accuracy, especially when the signals are poor. Sometimes the track points will also "jump" off the site when they lock the device's screen, and the track ends up way off when they turn Field Maps back on.
Among the data we currently have (~2700 points), nearly 40% has horizontal accuracy > 10m and 25% has horizontal accuracy > 20m.
We have considered using the horizontal accuracy field to filter out the off points, but from the overall accuracy it seems we will lose a large part of our data if we do so. Is there anyway to improve the accuracy of tracking points?
