I want to be able to compile a map of mobile device connectivity from my Tracker users. Currently I cannot differentiate between Tracker data that was uploaded live, and that which was cached and uploaded when a signal became available. There is an attribute called "Signal Strength" which could tell me this (and more), but it isn't currently populated #Tracker signal# cell signal strength connection info
