Why do my default answers show up only when the question is asked in a minimal appearance?
I'm trying to auto-populate my answers so I can have as few questions on my survey as possible. My default answers only show up when I have the question appearance set to minimal. Can't I have a default answer in the default or compact appearance? I've tried using favorites, but that doesn't seem to work either. Defaults would save me so much time!

Your default answers need to reference the choice list values (in the name column), not the label. Most of the values in your choice lists are numbers but you're trying to reference them in the default column by their label. Eg for your signLocationByMotorist choicelist, you need to enter a default value of 1 (not 'Right'). It's just a coincidence that your minimal appearance is on the one default that correctly uses the value instead of the label ('ImageSoftware').
