I have a survey that crews are using for a couple of kinds of inspections. Recently crews have been using it for a different kind of survey and we are finding that those surveys don't seem to be available in the inbox. The survey has a main set of questions that are about the property being visited, then inspection specific information is collected in a repeat; all required fields in the main set of questions are being answered. Any thoughts on why that might be the case?
