We have issues with submitting surveys with attachments. It works without attachment, and it was fine in October. The issue started in November. We have updated our applications and done everything we needed to be done, but none of them were working. The image size was 1980, and we cannot reduce it as it reduces the quality of our photos. Anyone have any ideas or similar issues?
The issue still exists. We were able to submit an attachment yesterday, downsizing its size to 1280; however, we are unable to do so today. We can't reduce the size to 320 pixels; it will totally destroy the photos. I have no doubt that the latest ArcGIS Online, update and S123 release are connected to this problem. For us, it started in November.
@KyleWeaver @EricAndersonMIT @A_MN ,
The 500 error and the issue "started (early) in November" both indicate that this is probably caused by the backend feature layer. The Survey123 website just got updated on 11/14 (PST) (so does Survey123 Connect/field app later) but no change during the end of October or early November.
To confirm this:
If either case confirmed, as James mentioned, it would be best to work further with Esri Support or your distributor on this issue.
