Utilising Survey123 for Public Consultation

Hi all

The team have been asked to create a storymap that will inform users of proposals for regenerating town centres but also incorporate a Survey123 (or any other module) that allows residents to feedback on proposals.  One of the key aspects is for users to put a point on the map, enter details and thoughts (such as area's for outdoor seating, active travel paths etc) and then submit.  Does anyone know if this is possible?

Hi @HazeyJamie ,

You can use Survey123 to embed a form within a StoryMap, though it is best for focusing on one topic in detail rather than capture several geographic objects.  You may also want to look at the Crowdsource Reporter app.
