I was wondering if features from one feature service could be copied into another service out of the ArcGIS Desktop or Pro? For example: I work at a local utility and it was decided that the company's property records are to be kept in GIS. As a GIS user in Desktop or Pro, I can easily append the parcel I want from the county into CompanyProperties and use NO TEST to field map. But this will be used by end users with very little to no GIS experience. I'd like to utilize Survey123 and Collector/Web Map only with a custom URL. We are currently using an old version of Survey123 Connect (2.9.3) with the S123 field app (2.8.2) but [might] be upgrading to the latest Survey123. Collector is version 18.0.2. All on Windows 10.
