User notification or reminder of unsent surveys when back online?

Question

Many of our surveyors use Survey123 in an offline setting, and in a remote setting, can remain offline for days.  Is there a way to remind them to submit surveys when they are back online?  Perhaps something like a notification after their device has detected connectivity for longer than a certain threshold?  A common issue we face is tracking down unsent surveys filled out in an offline setting and never sent.

Is there any progress or work being done on this? It would be a handy improvement to the app

This would be a really useful function for our work teams as well. They complain often about forgetting to submit their forms when they are back online. Survey123 warns about running in background mode so I'm sure this can't be too difficult to implement.
