Updating survey in Connect app after re-publishing from web designer

I created a survey in web designer, saved it, published it. Later, I  downloaded the form in connect app to add .csv file. I  simultaneously  did some edits in web designer to the same survey and republish it. But I did not see the changes in connect app form after republishing from web designer. Can anyone please help me.

You cannot use both to edit, you have to stick with one.

Caution:
Once a survey that was created with the Survey123 web designer is republished from Survey123 Connect, you can no longer edit the portions of the survey that are managed by the XLSForm in the web designer. For example, the survey title and survey questions cannot be edited. Themes, webhooks, and sharing options can still be edited in the web designer.
