I was trying to view my survey via web browser thru (survey123.arcgis.com) and encountered this error message.
Error loading survey. Error message: Error trying to parse XML instance "StreetAddress". Unable to get property 'firstChild' of undefined or null reference, External instance "FacilityName" is empty., External instance "StreetAddress" is empty., External instance "Zip" is empty., External instance "APN" is empty., External instance "WDID" is empty., External instance "addresss" is empty., FormLogicError: Could not evaluate: instance(/model/instance[1]/Industrial_Commercial/agency)/root/item[CI_Key = '']/StreetAddress, message: Function "{}instance" does not exist. Please contact survey author.
