I am having an issue submitting survey's, and it does not show any errors. Does anyone have any troubleshooting thoughts on where the issue may be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll probably need to give more information to get good help on this. There are lots of reasons that a survey might not submit.
Are you doing this via a web form or on a mobile device? Is the survey public? Can you share the Survey123 Connect form?

Thank you, sorry about that. It is a Survey123 Connect form using the Survey application. It is not a public survey it is shared to a group.
This sounds like a permission issue. Check the survey permissions in the surveys site:
After you make that change, you will need to update your survey before you can submit.
EDIT: In case it wasn't implied, you don't need to set your permissions to match my screen cap. That section is just what needs to be updated.
