Hello,
I am using Survey 123 version 3.21. I just made a survey, and it was published successfully. I need a copy of the survey for a different date, so I used "Save As" to copy the successfully published survey. When I go to publish the copy, I get an "Unable to Publish Survey" Error. Upon clicking "more details", it's just an empty bracket, as shown in the picture.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I'd try publishing again under a new name to see if the error persists.
Also run the "Analyze survey" Tool in connect (click "Tools" in the left-hand column) to see if there is anything obviously wrong.
If that doesn't work, my next step would be to inspect the XLSX, if possible. If the contents are private/confidential, you can always contact Esri Support. If not, post here.
Is it possible to inspect the XLSX for a survey built in the web designer that won't publish? I'm getting this error too, but if I try to launch the survey in Connect through ArcGIS Online, nothing happens, while launching it in the Windows app for Survey123 gets stuck on the downloading message. Even an empty form with every question deleted prompts the same blank error message.
