My organization needs to self-host the Survey123 website on our own infrastructure due to project requirements. I have been using the Esri technical article as a guide.
I was able to install Survey123, and complete the post-install configuration. However, whenever I try to visit the site, I get a 404 error.
I am also unclear what the URL structure needs to look like in the post-install configuration. The URL structure is https://{}.{}.{}.gov. It seems like I need to reference the port :5443 in the URL. However, I cannot access the URL with a port number at the end.
Thanks for any help you can provide. I feel like the technical article is missing a few steps in configuration.
