time is different after export results from web

I was trying to build a app using survey123. I tested my app to sent me results and everything looks good. But when I export the data from web (My Surveys -> Data -> Export), I found the time is GMT (UTC +0) rather than the local time I finished my survey. Is this on propose?

Hi,

Yes, the AGO services will use GMT/UTC.  There are a few ways to adjust either during collection or when downloading.
