Is it possible to change to time field format?  Currently it is HH:MM:SS, if a user enters in just HH:MM the can not submit.  Most times I don't see seconds as needed so is it possible to allow just HH:MM?

Also when you do enter in the time, the actual time recorded is different which I assume is related to time zones?  I have a survey which I entered a start time of 7:30:00 but when I goto my submitted data online it shows 3:30:00?

Not sure about changing the format...I also found it cumbersome to try and populate my time.

You can utilize the "now()" default value to auto populate these fields though... or do it behind the scenes with the "start" or "end" metadata types.

As for the time shift, I assume you're on the east coast as we are 4 hours behind UTC which is what I believe ArcGIS Online utilizes.

ok thanks, never really noticed time data before having that difference via collector. Yeah, I know I can do now but for my case it would just be the nearest :15 so they would still need to edit it.
