Survey123 Windows 7 "Unable to Connect"

I recently update my Survey123 app on my Windows 7 laptop. When I open the application I get a pop up that says "Unable to connect. Position source access error". When I click "Ok", none of the buttons for the surveys I currently have downloaded will work. I can update and download new forms. But when i click on a survey nothing happens. I am using version 3.5.177.

Hi Vance,

I'm not seeing the behavior you're describing on my Windows PC.  Could I ask that you open a ticket with Esri Support to try to diagnose this issue?
