Hi All,
I have been trying to find options for Survey123 webhooks that do not include Make/Integromat or Microsoft Power Automate but have very little information to go off of. Does anyone know of or use such webhook services and if so what are their details if they support Survey123? Secondly, if there are few or no options, is it possible to use ESRI API systems/services to make our own webhook system for Survey123?
Context: Power Automate is too cost prohibitive and known to have a history of failing, Make/Integromat is no longer a secure option and easily break with variations in data and/or payload parameters.
Any info is greatly appreciated, kind regards & God bless,

Hi @GIS_Fox,
Survey123 will work with any webhook provider, there is no limitation from the Survey123 side, as we simply just send the webhook payload to the URL of the webhook provider you set up. Therefore you can receive that webhook and process the payload and create steps based on the data received.
However for Make and Power Automate we have created connectors and templates available in those services to make it easier to set up your connection from the webhook provider to Survey123 website, and also some templates to get started.
Regards,
Phil.
