Survey123 Web-browser Polyline Question

Is freehand polyline the only publishable tool honored in Chrome, IE, Edge, etc? I've had to publish and republish a survey under development and I've seen it bounce between the 2-point click polyline and freehand. 

Is there something that's determining what style of polyline is available?

Are you publishing the geotrace(polyline) survey from Connect and open it from survey123 form on web browsers?

Currently it's a beta feature on the web design which you can create polyline/polygon on survey123 beta website.

Please clarify how you publish the survey with polyline here so that we can identify what issue you are having with.
