Hello. We're using Survey123 (simple webapp) for a public survey. We want to be able to share the survey results back out with the public. However, one of the survey questions asks for e-mail addresses (so we can built a mailing list for the project), which we would want to HIDE form public display/view when people see the survey results.
Is this possible to do? If so, how would we do it?
Thank you!
Easy way is to uncheck those fields in the config of the popup in the web map that feeds the app. This will remove it from the attribute table as well. But with this one if the user has rights to save their own copy they could turn them back on. Public probably cannot but test it.
The other more secure way is to create a Feature Layer View. Then share this to people instead.
Hope that helps.
If I have or set up a feature layer view, how do I remove or hide specific attribute fields from that?
