Survey123 web app not Working like my Connect

I created a Survey123 connect for some equipment audit and I used 4 different CSV because i want to limit user input and give the user a selection option from a dropdown. The dropdowns are narrowed down as the user makes a selection. This works perfectly on my survey123 connect app but doesn't work on the web app. Please can i be doing wrong. I attached the xlsx for the survey and the zip csv

There appears to have some been some issues with this in previous versions.  What version of Connect are you using to publish?  You could try upgrading to the latest version and republish.

I'm using version 3.22.49. I really don't know why it's not working as it should on the web app

I have the "opposite" problem as the OP.  The select_one_from_file is working if I open the survey in the WEB, but does not work in either Connect or the Field app.  I have 3.22.49 version also.  Have you heard any more about a possible bug?

Did it show any error when you save the XLSX file on the connect app, because I guess if it doesn't work there then I may not on the web. Also you can drop a copy of your xlsx too

The capital "N" in Name in your equipment_list.csv is likely the culprit.
