Hi, having an issue with this:

I'm trying to filter the sub-loop with each PermitType from the main loop - might be totally going in the wrong direction, but this doc says I should be able to accomplish this.

Any ideas?  Essentially, I need to loop through each Permit Type, add up some stats, and inside of that, loop through each Proposed Use of each Permit Type.
