We have a survey deployed through our ArcGIS Online portal that is based off a data store in our PostgreSQL database in Enterprise. One of the questions in the survey is in a repeat, and is a required question to attach a file, so users cannot submit without selecting an attachment. Recently (not exactly sure when it began), I've noticed that these attachments do not appear at all in the data for the survey. I've tried testing this from a test account, attach a file, and successfully send, only for the attachment to be absent from the data. Where has this attachment gone?
