I need to be able to download surveys and work offline in the field, and our Android Lenovo tablet can't detect location for a geopoint without being connected to a wifi network. I have the Location settings set to 'high accuracy' and I saw a forum elsewhere some folks use a workaround of creating a wifi hotspot with a cell phone. However, not all of our employees have smartphones so that is not an option.
Any other solutions to this?
