Survey123 Loading Survey Slowly after update

Greeting,

I recently updated my survey 123 app(1.1.16) and desktop software(1.1.19).  My app now takes nearly a minute to load every time.  Previously they were loading within 5-10 seconds.  Additionally, Survey123 website also exhibits a latency I did not encounter before.  Is this a known problem or it is on my end?  My xlsForm is attached

The Survey123 field app has been just updated in the Google Play and Apple app stores. The latest update's version number is 1.2.49.  We think you will like the improvements.  More performance boosts are planned.  Thanks for your patience.

Awesome!  Pumped to have the faster loading times.  Went from a loading time of 4 minutes to only 15 seconds!   Time to get my Survey123 on.
