If using external selects and the itemsets.csv is updated does it get updated on devices that have already downloaded the survey before the csv was changed?
I was thinking I could uses this to create one survey that will capture all the information needed for a site and a second survey to capture follow up information on a second visit to the same site. After completion of the first survey the external select list for the second survey could be updated with a site name assigned in the first survey. Is this possible?
Can a survey be created that would add a new record to a table related to a feature class used for a different survey?
