Survey123 --> PowerAutomate not working anymore / long delay

Hi there,
I want to created a webhook for my Survey123 form to connect with Power Automate.
Therefore, I created a new flow in Power Automate which gets triggered as soon as a survey is submitted.
However, for some reason Power Automate does not recognise this.
Well, it does, but it takes almost a week until it gets triggered.
I hadn't this issue in the past.
