Survey123, Grid Theme, Export from AGOL issues

This is my first Grid Theme, and my export from the AGOL feature class to CSV is bringing in the columns backwords.

My export to FGDB is not exporting at all, and there is no error message but the EXPORT button lights up again.

Does anyone have any ideas about what is broken?

Here's a workaround for the CSV issue - inside Excel click File |Options | Advanced | scroll down and then uncheck the box to the left of Show sheet right to left. 

(Does it export like this?)

AND I still can't export the FGDB.
