Survey123 Error Message

I am working on updating a survey for smoke alarm installs within Survey123. The only things I updated the sharing options and how the survey is opened (changed from only on browser to browser and app). I also tried updating the webhook to Make.com for a scenario to create and email reports. I am now getting the following error message:
I am not sure how to fix this. Any help?
