This error has popped up since last week, and it is still happening even after the alleged fix.
The survey does not work when you try to use the embedded edit functionality of a record in AGOL Survey123 online.
This survey is published with S123 Connect v 3.20.63.
It is set to the published version of the survey (3.20).
The survey123 does work when accessing a record by its global ID:
https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/<surveyid>?mode=edit&globalId=<globalid>
It seems this bug is still around.
