Survey123 Custom Report Font Quirk/Bug?

Using the website version of Survey123, I have created a custom word docx report template and uploaded it to the Survey 123 website.  When I created my form, I used Arial Narrow 10pt font.  I then uploaded it to Survey 123.  When I create a word docx report, it comes out exactly like the template I uploaded, and everything is still Arial Narrow 10pt font.

The problem arises when choose the export report to PDF option.  The PDF version appears to substitute Arial Narrow 10 pt font with Calibri 11 pt font.  This makes all the text bigger and completely messes up my form. 

Is this some kind of quirk/bug, or did I do something wrong?

Hello! You could try embedding the Arial Narrow font in your Word Document. This has worked for some other quirky behavior.
