Another Survey123 question:
A user has reported that when she attempted to submit the completed survey, she received a message saying "connection has failed" and all of her answers disappeared. No idea why this would happen, other than a bad internet connection. The user is in Paris, so that seems unlikely. Help!

Did the person use a web form or the field application? Was the form created with Survey123 Connect or the Survey123 website?

I created the survey in Survey123 Connect. I believe the user completed the survey on a desktop computer in an office. She says there is no problem with her internet connection.
Thanks for the information- this lets us know which part of Survey123 generated the error. Did the user attempt to submit the information again? If so, did the error repeat?
