I have recently started having the issue where when I try to log into the survey123 connect app, it ends up hanging. Unlike this post the issue does not resolve when I reinstall s123 connect. I tried following the instructions here, but this did not resolve my problem either. I am signed in with the regular Survey123 app, but I have not tried signing out and signing back in. I am afraid I will lose the ability to log in there as well. I am using Windows 10 OS, and the login is a federal process, so somewhat involved. However, I am able to log in through AGOL and ArcPro so the issue seems Survey123 connect specific.

I was able to resolve this issue with some guidance from folks within my institution. In settings I set the login URL to my institutions login portal (https://fws.maps.arcgis.com in this case) instead of AGOL, and checked the slider to use the browser to login.
