When we make changes to a form and republish it back to portal will the previous forms downloaded by users still work? We've had issues with the inbox not working correctly. When we update a form and publish it users can't pull data until they re-download the form again. The inbox loading icon spins nonstop. Hopefully this makes sense.
I've just tested the ability to update (added 2 text questions) and republish a survey using Survey123 Connect v.2.8, and then refreshed the same existing survey's inbox using the field app without any issue.
Can you give us more details?
What are the specifications of your Portal? How many records are being returned to the Inbox? What device(s) do you encounter the issue with?
These answers will be helpful in an attempt to identify the cause.
