In Survery123 Connect we are given the option to attach different file types. I Understand that we are able to limit these file types under body::accept. However, when I want to include .xlsm, it seems to be a bug where it then allows all files types. So, it no longer restricts just to that file type.
Are there any workarounds or something I may be missing?

It appears survey123 only accepts upload in formats supported by AGOL and ArcGIS Enterprise.
I wasn't able to see a xlsm file at all in the file picker through the media question.
Why an xlsm file and not just an xlsx? xlsm opens up security issues.

I ran into this not too long ago and sadly the file type to use was out of our control. It was a federal agency that used a macro enabled spreadsheet for their calculator tool and makes the permit applicants use it as part of the permitting process. We just have to work around it when getting the other data into our form.
