I am trying to create a survey on Survey123 that uses locations uploaded onto ArcGIS from an excel file. These locations are then used to create a hosted feature layer. The survey is supposed to acquire the physical location of the user and then provide them will a drop-down menu of locations within a 25-meter radius. This feature works well on the desktop version in testing; however, the issue arises in practice out on the field. The drop-down options do not appear on the phone version whether they are physically at the location or if they manually input the address. Is there a settings option on ArcGIS that I need to change for this feature layer?
Thanks
Have you shared the layer to the end users?
Yes, I have, and it is still not showing the required information in the drop down.
can you share the XLSForm?
I'm not sure if this is the same issue or if it will solve your problem, but I had a similar experience where the drop-down menu wasn't displaying anything. The problem occurred on an Android phone, though it worked fine on an iPhone.
