survey123 auto calculate not working in web browser

I know others have posted on this and I have tried some of the solutions provided but to no avail. 

I have this working fine in the app but not the browser. I tried taking out the Or as recommended in the link below but still can't get it to calculate.

At this point I think it must be something I am overlooking.  Any help would be appreciated.

have you tried playing with the calculation modes in the bind::esri:parameters column?
