Survey in "copy" mode (polygons). Can author choose which map widgets are available?

Hello, 

I have authored a survey using Connect. It is designed to always be used in COPY mode, allowing end users to submit proposals involving either attribute value changes or geometry changes.

The supporting feature layer is polygon type.

We find that both the "New Polygon" and the "Delete Feature" tools are "dangerous" (in the sense that we don't want users to draw new polygons from scratch, nor we want them to remove the existing polygon).

My question is: is it possible to customize the map so that these two icons are not displayed?
