Survey 123 website not showing fields or results in DATA table

Hello, 

We have a survey that has 12 submissions already, for some reason when I go to view the results the survey 123 website will not show the Fields or any of the records.

Integromat will  run a report and I can submit data and see the data in the point feature class.

Below is a screen shot of what I am seeing, I have other surveys that display without issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Rory,
This might be an issue similar to one I've been having. Something to do with issues with the stakeholder view of the hosted feature class. Try this technical article solution. hopefully it fixes things!
