Survey 123 return a label value rather than name

I am trying to create a customized instance name for completed surveys and would like to show a label value rather that the name value for a select_one field. Is there a way to either return the label value directly into instance_name properties in setting or to calculate it into a text field or note?

Got it. All screenshots are from ArcGIS Online. That one you reference (Jan 4, 8:09 PT/11:09 ET) is the "data" tab of the hosted feature service produced by Survey123.

In that case you might want to register an https://ideas.arcgis.com to support HTML content in the table.

The Survey123 web app supports the label and list-nolabel appearances, though it uses the table-list appearance for the single-choice grid.

The table-list appearance for the single-choice grid does not seem to work for survey connect. Also tried using field-list and label, list-nolabel to achieve similar single-choice grid layout and does not work
