We have a user using Survey123 Connect and when opened on a monitor it starts with a blank page. They are using a laptop with a second monitor and Survey123 opens on the monitor first with a blank screen. If they drag Survey123 to the laptop screen everything appears and works. If they move it back to the monitor, Survey123 is no longer blank but it does not fit the window; things overlap or are spaced incorrectly. Buttons do not work (i.e. for twitter, or discussions) but links do. Any suggestions?
The laptop was connected to a Startech port replicator. Removing the port replicator resolved the issue. Presumably, Survey123 does not like Displaylink drivers.
