Survey 123 Attachments

I have a published survey on a web page and want to allow users to attach files. Is it possible to attach different file types to Survey 123? (for Example PDF)

Hi Wade,

If the survey was created using the Survey123 Web Designer at survey123.arcgis.com, then the ability to add 'file' question is available.  This would allow a file (like a PDF) to be attached to the survey when filling out the survey using the web app.  So, you must create the survey using the Web Designer and submit the survey using the web app (when including a 'file' type question)
