Streamlining Survey Data Entry

My organization uses Survey123 to track outcomes of tree plantings. We often will have 10 + of the same tree with the same field inputs (i.e - soil condition, temperature, etc) but with different exact locations. Is there a way to only input this information once and then only change the exact location of the tree for the remaining ones?

Trying to make the process quicker, I'm new to this so any help would be much appreciated!

Survey123 has the option to cache answers for future forms.

For each question, the web designer provides an option to cache the answer. In the web app, after submitting a survey record, the answer to the question will be cached in the browser and preloaded into the next submission made for this survey on that device. Caching an answer can be set for all question types except Audio, Image, File upload, and Signature.

There should also be a way to select an item from the app's Sent folder and copy it to a new survey, where you'd only need to adjust the point.

Nested repeats may also be an option here.

I.e., Each set of data (e.g., soil condition, temperature, etc) could have multiple locations.
