I was testing couple things with survey123 outbox records. when i try to submit from online and can execute trigger associate with it. at the same time, try to send out box records, those were created in offline mode. This is not executing triggers. I don't know what's happening, it was working fine.
I am using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4
