set a default basemap on web form + web form preview

Hello all, 

Is there any way to set a topo map as a default basemap on web form? 

and wondering why there is no web form preview version. It's challenging while testing the survey because the preview and web form behaves differently in its appearance and functionalities. it would be great there is an option to preview surveys in the web form version.

Hi Brian,

The map="my favorite basemap"  will only be available for 3.10 release and no plan to make it into 3.9 hotfix release though.
