Hi All,
One of my Mobile Workers is having an issue submitting their surveys. When they look in their outbox there is a Sent Error - Surveys Not Sent.
When they try to sent individual surveys they get another Send Error but the reason given is the name of the survey.
No other Mobile Worker or Administrator is having this issue. We have checked for overly large photo attachments or text that is above the set limits, and the survey itself has been in use for the past year without any changes.
Any ideas what I might be missing here?
