Selecting minutes as time from predetermined intervals

Is there any way to restrict the input of minutes to a predetermined interval?

Let's say the user inputs the hour (0-23) and then for the minutes, only specified minutes can be chosen, either

• 15 minutes interval (00, 15, 30, 45)
• 5 minutes interval (00, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55)

I realize I could do a dropdown/select_one for this, just wondering if there is a simpler option out of the box, as this method would need 3 questions (hour, minutes, combine hour and minutes).

As far as I have been able to find unfortunately there is not a way to do this interval with the times or with a decimal/integer field. 

I actually had this same issue a while ago and posted an idea on the forums to make it possible. I'm not sure if something has come up since, as I just ended up creating the select_one question for it at the time and haven't needed to circle back to it. But if anyone does have a better solution I would love to hear it too!
