S123 Webhook only triggering via web form, not mobile applications

Hi,

Hopefully someone has encountered this issue before, and can advise on a quick fix. I have implemented a webhook on a S123 form using FME Flow/Server as the end point. However, this only triggers when submitting the survey response by the web form, not when submitting via the S123 mobile or desktop applications.

Has anyone experienced this issue and can anyone suggest a fix to implement?

You might need to update the survey forms on the field app.

When you publish a survey, download to mobile device, and then add a webhook, the survey forms need to be updated on the devices where they have been downloaded already.

It's likely that this is why the web app works but not the field devices.

Hi Christopher,

Thank you for your response. I would also assume that could have been the cause. However, the webhook was implemented prior to any users being onboarded onto the survey.

I've also done some personal testing with both updating & deleting/re-downloading the survey on my own devices. Unfortunately, there was still no change.
