S123 report error : "failed to run merge"

Hi,

If I make a simple template in word; 

${name_element};${cabinet_qr_ext_scan};${cabinet_qr_int_scan};${longitude};${latitude};${comments_general}

On my S123 I place a filter , and I select merge (continious) , I get an error :

"The task failed because all reports failed to run merge."

How to solve this ?

I has this same error which ended up being caused by an invalid character within one of the records I was trying to generate a report for. Try generating a sample report with a different 20 records until you find the one causing the error. For my work the invalid character looked like [?] within one of the fields of the problematic record.

If you then remove the character it should all start working correctly.
